How do I log in to the platform?

Use your email address and password provided by your administrator. Make sure to use the correct credentials for your role (Scolaire Admin, School Admin, or Teacher).

Why can't I access certain videos?

Access to videos is restricted based on your role and your school's grade mappings. Teachers and School Admins can only access videos for grades that are assigned to their school.

What is single session enforcement?

For security purposes, each user can only have one active session at a time. If you log in from a new device, your previous session will be automatically logged out.

Why is the mobile app asking for my location?

Our platform uses geo-fencing to ensure that educational content is accessed from authorized locations (typically within school premises). This helps protect content and maintain licensing agreements.

How do I reset my password?

Contact your school administrator or Scolaire support team to reset your password. For security reasons, password resets must be handled by administrators.

Can I download videos for offline viewing?

Video downloads are not currently supported. All content must be streamed through the platform to maintain content security and licensing compliance.

How do I provide feedback on a video?

While viewing video details, you can submit ratings and feedback. Your feedback helps us improve content quality and address any technical issues.

What browsers are supported?

Scolaire works best on modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Make sure your browser is up to date for the best experience.
